Graham Baylis

Born in London well before computers became so widespread, Graham has worked in a wide range of businesses and the public sector from shipping, banking media and local government departments, the latter including a spell in Liverpool's public relations section.

Graham started working with computers when with the DHSS in Liverpool in 1984 when he assisted in bringing new technology to the local offices in the region and then joined the Treasury's crack "Central Computer and Telecommunications Authority" (CCTA) in 1986 where he ran one of the first government email services. Later in 1988, Graham moved back into the private sector as an project manager in the telecoms industry, working for Istel (later AT&T) in Worcestershire.

Whilst there he came into contact with the then embryonic Internet and seeing its potential set up one of the first "intranets" in the country in the early 90's. His connection with the Internet Marketing started in 2001 and since then he has developed skills across the board, covering both Search Engine Optimisation (both on and off page) as well as Pay Per Click, latterly becoming increasingly involved with web analytics and email / newsletter marketing.
